Myers-Briggs Type Inventory® Assessment
The Myers-Briggs Type Inventory® (MBTI®) is a very helpful tool in assessing possible career paths and understanding your preferences and strengths. This assessment may benefit your career exploration and development. It has also been used extensively in team building and greatly enhances the team coaching experience.

Sandy has used the MBTI® in a multitude of settings since 1988 including a research study looking at type and job satisfaction.
